Novus Health Institute (RTO 45104) maintains a fair and transparent refund policy in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for a refund depends on the circumstances of withdrawal, the timing of the request, and any fees already incurred.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
The course is cancelled by Novus Health Institute
The student withdraws prior to course commencement (administration fees may apply)
Exceptional or compassionate circumstances are supported by appropriate evidence
No refunds will be issued once training and assessment have commenced, except where required by law.
Approved refunds will be processed within 28 days of written approval and paid to the original payer.
This policy does not remove the student’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.
