Novus Health Institute (RTO 45104) is committed to supporting students to successfully participate in and complete their training in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025.

We identify individual learner needs during the enrolment process and provide appropriate support to ensure equitable access to training and assessment. Where required, reasonable adjustments are made to accommodate individual circumstances while maintaining the integrity of the qualification and assessment outcomes.

Support services may include:

• Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) support

• Additional trainer guidance and academic assistance

• Flexible training and assessment arrangements

• Referral to appropriate external support services

• Access to learning resources and student guidance

Students are encouraged to inform us of any support needs at enrolment or at any stage throughout their studies. All support is provided in a respectful, confidential, and inclusive manner.
